FALKEN Secure Networks is a specialized system integrator and value-added reseller headquartered in the Greater Toronto Area with branch locations in London, Hamilton, Ottawa and Calgary, which serves both domestic and international enterprises with industry-leading technology for secure communications integrated with corporate networks.
FSN was founded with the mission to provide world-class integrated enterprise solutions to the growing and increasingly sophisticated threats from viruses, phishing and malware, internal and external information breaches, identity theft, email interception and to protect citizens, governments and enterprise brands by ensuring compliance with the variety of privacy and security regulations in force. The emerging corporate need of secure RFID Network solutions is also provided by FSN.
To excel on this mandate, FSN has partnered with strength - the global leaders in Information Encryption, Secure File Transfer, Identity Validation, Data Loss Prevention, Secure Email Retention and Archiving, Voice Encryption and Next Generation Secure RFID Networks. FSN and our partners add their own industry-specific expertise, with a joint commitment of helping deliver email security, data loss prevention and networked RFID solutions that are designed to meet and exceed the varied and complex needs of our customers. In addition, our flexible application solutions may be provided on a Hosted, Managed Service basis or on-premise as customer requirements dictate.
We understand customer requirements for solving business problems with a complete integrated solution approach. To this end, we represent a number of industry leaders solutions in our privacy and security and secure networks specialty area. We also present a vendor-neutral position to clients for RFID Tags and Readers to ensure we are solely guided by optimally solving the business and physics issues – not simply trying to push one vendors hardware.

LEADERSHIP
Jack Falkner, President and CEO
Mr. Falkner, brings over 25 years of high-tech experience as both a successful entrepreneur and senior executive in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Consulting and General Management. He has successfully led teams in all three facets of the Telecom and Computer industries such as Manufacturing, Service Provider and VAR/Distributor with Nortel Networks and Hewlett Packard, Bell Canada and Internationally with Bell Canada International and a major telecom VAR/Distributor in the Middle East, respectively. Prior to co-founding FALKEN SECURE NETWORKS, Jack was an entrepreneur with his own sales agency and consulting practice focused on high value, leading – edge new product applications for the enterprise market in North America, many of which focused on wireless network security.
Jack has a B.Comm (Hons) from Queens University and a MBA from University of Toronto.

David Kennedy, Co-Founder
David is a Professional Engineer certified to specify, configure and deploy RFID solutions as well as secure communications for enterprises. He has over 20 years of experience in specifying, developing and deploying secure & private – data and telecommunications networks for multi-national enterprises and service providers. David’s approach includes a detailed understanding of customer applications and strong customer–centric vision of enhancing business value.
David is a graduate of McMaster University with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering. He is also an advisory board member for the Ryerson University Electrical Engineering Department.
